If you need help keeping your chocolate cravings at bay, there are a variety of ways to prepare your chocolate diet shake.

On a cold winter evening, add hot water and make a delicious hot chocolate or use a peppermint teabag to make your very own hot mint chocolate. Try adding a teaspoon of coffee and make a mocha and why not blend with ice for a thicker milkshake consistency.

Try using the LighterLife mousse mix to blend your shake into something even more delicious – chocolate mousse. Ideal if you feel you want to eat your shake rather than drink it.

To prepare:

Mix with 200(ish)ml of cold or hot water and shake or blend until super smooth.
