Our Man Plan is a great way to lose weight and keep it off for good. You’ll follow one of our Foodpack plans with no shopping, no calorie counting – no worries.
Depending on the plan you choose, you will replace conventional food with a selection of delicious, nutritionally complete Foodpacks; flavours include curry, spaghetti bolognaise, shepherd’s pie, chocolate shake, nut fudge bars and vegetable soup.
In your weekly men-only group there will be no more than eleven other men, you’ll look at reasons why you put on weight, and make the changes you need to create a healthier future.

- Up to 1/3 of your RDA’s of vitamins and minerals in each Foodpack
