To prepare : For best results, mix with 40ml of cold water until smooth. Cook in a non-stick frying pan on a low heat until golden brown on both sides.

Alternatively, mix with 40ml cold water in a mug. Microwave on full power for 1 minute. Leave to stand for 1 minute before turning out onto a plate.
